Administrative License Suspension Hearing Victory – Missouri DWI Case

The case was won after demonstrating that the Missouri State Highway Patrol officer failed to properly complete the required 15-minute observation period before administering the breath test. As a result, the suspension was overturned and the client was able to retain full driving privileges with no suspension or requirement for ignition interlock device.
